On 8th July we were delighted to welcome two new members. Siblings Rowan and Duncan MacGregor from Melrose, Florida, USA, joined while on a 3 week-holiday in Scotland to visit family.
Lord Dean, Euan Begg, hosted the event supported by two of our Merchant Councillors, Louis Flood and Dunc Menzies. The family were interested to read through the Guildry journal where they could trace their family links back to the early 19th century, and to learn that Merchant Councillor, Dunc Menzies, was the Lord Dean at the time when Rowan and Duncan’s father, Callum, joined the Guildry in 1985.
